Governance

The ICM Group is organised around an animating holding company. ICM (Investissement Claude MARQUET) is responsible for the governance of the Group and provides a wide range of support services to its subsidiaries (financial management, insurance, legal affairs, human resources, information systems and networks, etc.).

The Group has a strong entrepreneurial DNA. At the heart of its projects are high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. One of its major concerns is to meet its commitments. Its main objective is to “make it possible”.

An independent, family-run group

Charles-Édouard
Marquet

Charles-Édouard Marquet is an engineer who has been involved in the Group for over 13 years, in particular creating and developing the ICM Estate development business. By mutual agreement between the shareholders and management of ICM, Charles-Édouard Marquet has been confirmed as Chairman of the Group in May 2023.

Rodolphe
Marquet

For over 20 years, Rodolphe Marquet has been developing and consolidating the real estate assets of ICM Estate, a strategic division of the ICM Group. He is currently Chief Executive Officer of this entity and a director of the ICM Group.

Groupe ICM

ICM is a family group founded in 1975 by Claude Marquet: a brilliant entrepreneur passionate and generous entrepreneur. Claude Marquet was from the Mayenne region of France and deeply rooted his group in these through his Mayenne roots.
The ICM Group is independent and is currently run by Charles-Edouard Marquet and Rodolphe Marquet.
The ICM Group is multi-disciplinary and spread over into 5 business divisions: an engineering division, a production division, a wellness division, a property development and investment investments and, lastly, the Terre et Saveurs.
